1, My order was charged but I do not have an order number or confirmation?

If you did not receive an order number or an email confirmation; your order has not been placed or you did not include an email address when you ordered.

2, What payment forms do you accept?

At present, we accept Paypal and Credit Card.

1, Where do you ship from?

San Dimas, California

2, How long is shipping?

Shipping time estimates begin once the packaged order has left our facility, it does not include processing time. Processing times range up to 1-2 business days. (ex. 1-2 day processing + 3-5 day shipping = 4-7 days until delivery)

3, How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add winzzguitars.service@gmail.com to your safe sender’s list.

 

PROMOTION & DISCOUNT

1, Why doesn’t my discount code work?

Our system only allows 1 discount/discount code per order. Discounts, promotions, and rewards are not combinable.

2, How do I use a coupon code or apply a promotion to my online purchase?

You will have the option to enter a coupon or promotion code during the checkout process.
