Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us at winzzguitars.service@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories, or you may be subject to a return handling charge.

To return merchandise, please follow the steps below:

  • Email us your return request at service@gmail.comindicating the order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return.

  • We will give you an RMA#, please write your RMA# on the return shipping label. Attach the return shipping label to the shipping box.

  • Once these steps are completed, drop your package off with your carrier. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Return Shipping Cost:

 

1. Products with manufacturing defects.

Get in touch with us winzzguitars.service@gmail.com to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and use it to return the items to us.

2. Products with no manufacturing defects.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Important Notice:

  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This may not be the return address and will affect processing your return. 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

  •  Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, scraped or lacking of (if applicable) manuals, warranties, accessories, etc.

  •  If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact winzzguitars.service@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.

  • If you are shipping an item over $90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at winzzguitars.service@gmail.com.

 

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours. After the order being cancelled you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
